Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to common questions about our services and support.
What does it mean that Pender Point is “Independent”?
Being independent means we are free to work with any carrier or professional we choose. We are not limited to a single company’s products or structure, which allows us to recommend solutions that truly fit the client — not an institutional agenda.
Question: Would an “Advisor” at Company ABC be able to give you a solution from Company XYZ?
Answer: No, because the “Advisor” is compensated to only offer ABC related solutions.
What is the meeting process?
1. Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a complimentary meeting — held in person or virtually — where we take time to understand your situation, goals, and priorities. This is a chance to get to know each other and ensure we’re the right fit to help you.
2. Strategy & Solutions Review
In our second meeting, we’ll present personalized strategies and explore a range of solutions tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll review the advantages and considerations of each option to determine the most appropriate path forward. Should additional information or clarification be required, we can schedule a follow-up meeting to further refine and finalize our recommendations.
3. Implementation & Follow-Through
Once you’ve chosen your preferred strategy, we’ll guide you through the implementation process to ensure everything is set up correctly and efficiently. Our support doesn’t end there — we remain available for ongoing guidance as your situation evolves.
